We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Full Cycle Accountant
to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle accounting duties for
real estate rental and development projects
Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping, including AP, AR, journal entries, and general ledger
Prepare and manage cash flow reports and assist with cash flow monitoring
Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare internal financial reports and analysis
Report directly to the
Controller
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
1 year of accounting experience
in a
real estate development company
CPA designation preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin required
Experience with real estate rental accounting is an asset
Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
