Reporting to the Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Safely operate bulk fuel trucks and other delivery equipment.
Load and unload fuel safely at customer sites.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, scale tickets, and related paperwork.
Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
Customer service, including handling paperwork, answering delivery questions, or resolving issues on-site.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service:
You have a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving experience, fuel hauling experience is preferred.
You have basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with truck and trailer units.
You are honest and trustworthy, are results oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
You have a strong attention to detail and able to remain calm under pressure.
You are able to fulfill the physical job requirements; you can lift 50 lbs as needed and perform physical labour in various weather conditions.
You are willing and able to achieve WHMIS and TDG certifications.
You possess a strong work ethic, understand the concept of "full service," and are willing to work additional hours during seasonal peaks.
You carry a valid Class 1A driver's license.
