One of our major banking clients is looking for an FTP Business Analyst (Bank, SQL, Python, Excel, Test Cases)
Length: 9 Months contract with a possibility of extension or permanent
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Hours: Monday-Friday
LOB: Corporate Treasury
ROLE MANDATE:
The candidate will be working with the Funds Transfer Pricing team within Corporate Treasury to replace the current internal FTP calculation engine. Utilize various scripts to extract data that will drive business decisions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Running SQL scripts
- Running Python scripts
- Python Automation
- Inputting raw data results into Excel and formatting them
- Checking and validating data before it is sent out
- Involved in UAT testing based on system results
- Executing test cases
- 4-5 years\' experience with SQL & Python
- Strong understanding of Excel VLOOKUP\'s, PivotTables, etc.]
- Superior organizational skills
- Excellent critical thinking,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience at a major Financial institution
- A degree in Business or Computer Science
