:Our client is looking for Senior Project Manager (Business Modernization), Remote role in SaskatchewanMust Have Primary Skills :

• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading and implementing projects that involved major changes to business systems and processes through managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs and planning and scheduling project activities. Local Knowledge: The client is interested in understanding the Resource\xe2\x80\x99s experience, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape.
• Demonstrated experience as a practicing Senior Project Manager across a variety of sectors, working in multiple concurrent projects and managing complex technical projects with the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and milestones, and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience preparing or overseeing the development of project documents (examples include but are not limited to MS Project schedules, charters, status/progress reports, detailed budget, resource estimates, project management plans, schedules and proposals, strategies, project close-out documents including the transition to operations and \xe2\x80\x9clessons learned\xe2\x80\x9d).
• Demonstrated experience in managing large corporate projects balancing several levels of government stakeholders and external vendors where strong communication skills are required.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :\xc2\xb7 Experience in large Digital Transformation projects is considered an asset.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is considered an asset.
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project management software, specifically experience with Microsoft Project Professional. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft Project Online. Both are considered an asset.
\xc2\xb7 Experience using, or certification with an organizational change management methodology, while not required, is considered an assetProven Experience In :1. Experience working with co-located, remote, and hybrid project teams, highlighting the use of virtual communication and collaboration techniques.
2. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, highlighting the Agile frameworks employed and any Agile certifications achieved.
3. Demonstrated experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SharePoint.
