Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, setting a strong example for the team. Deliver and uphold outstanding guest service, while fostering lasting relationships with our patrons. Drive the achievement of restaurant goals and performance targets. Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and overall team support. Oversee daily cash outs, perform weekly liquor inventory, and ensure all closing procedures are followed. Confident and capable behind the bar when needed.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume or similar restaurant environment is preferred. A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management is considered an asset. Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player. Strong team management abilities. Positive attitude with a hands-on work ethic. Committed to service excellence and team success.
What We Offer:
Fixed schedule with 1 morning shift and 4 closing shifts per week. 37-40 hours per week. Tips are provided on top of the salary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
