Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Front End Developer to design, develop and test cutting edge UI/UX for on-prem and cloud web applications. You will be a part of the Innovation team developing front end technology for our world-class products in the automation industry!
In this role you will work closely with fellow team members, project managers, product owners, stakeholders, and end users to develop and evolve cutting edge products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and frontend code, making use of JavaScript , CSS, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Occasional full stack development tasks
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Lead the development of the user experience, including navigation and look and feel for new modules leveraging mockups
• Evaluate and improve the usability and consistency of existing features
• Understand user needs, and develop understandable, intuitive storyboards and wireframes
• Refactor existing designs to use modern JS frameworks and reusable components
• Make educated recommendations on choices of frontend libraries/frameworks
• Produce visual assets such as icons and visual style guide elements
• Help develop a style guide and ensure all user interfaces follow the new style conventions and multilingual localization
• Understand the needs of the business and be able to align the solutions with the business goals
• Improve team processes by leveraging ATS Business Model principles

• 4+ years of experience
• Creating UI and user experiences for web, desktop, mobile and/or real-time systems using JavaScript front end libraries such as React, Angular and Vue
• Working with vector graphics and/or prototyping applications.
• Knowledge of design software like Figma
• Familiar with styling/CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind, etc
• Documenting UI/UX requirements for both internal and external customers
• Conducting user research including surveys, audits, information architecture, business models, storyboards, use-case scenarios and user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototyping

• Visual Studio and the .NET ecosystem , AI pair programming and Graphic design

ATS Automation
