We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for sales will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the front cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed and properly labeled.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and assist with restocking orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tidying shelves and displays.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying inventory shipments.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the pharmacy's operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift moderate weight (e.g., for stocking shelves or moving inventory).
