A Front Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests. This role ensures smooth front-of-house operations and maintains high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve dishes and drinks promptly while ensuring proper table setup.
Check on guests throughout their meal and address any needs or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining area.
Process bills, handle payments, and thank guests warmly.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Adhere to restaurant service standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and POS systems (preferred).
