Hyatt Regency Sydney is the largest upscale full service hotel in Australia with a total of 888 rooms. The hotel features our Fitness Centre, 272 seat all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of Darling Harbour and 3,700 square meters of new state-of-the-art meeting facilities.

The hotel offers various kitchens that complement our multiple outlets including Banquets, In-Room Dining, Restaurant and Pastry. Our production team is capable of catering to over 3000 covers per day in a variety of events with a variety of cuisines!

About the Role

As a Front Office Team Leader you will join an energetic team of service ambassadors. As the first point of contact for our guests, you have a natural ability to communicate and create connections. You will endeavor to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction whilst contributing to the effective operations of the hotel.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Front Office
• The ability to foster an open and supportive environment
• Proven leadership qualities
• Complaint handling experience
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including weekends
