Our client in Brampton is looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist for. Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • \xe2\x80\x8bStrong organizational skills
Shift time: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm(Mon-Fri) Pay rate: $20/hr (Temp to perm hire) Interested candidates please apply at the earliest with your updated resume. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 per hour Schedule:

Education:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
