Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Receive and transfer phone calls (internal&external);
  • Greet visitors;
  • Assist the accounting department:
Other tasks and responsibilities:
  • Sort and distribute mail;
  • Proceed with the preparation and shipment of external items;
  • Perform administrative secretarial work (letters, faxes,purchase ofoffice supplies,filling, etc.);
  • Any otherrelated tasks
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits:
