We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and handling reservations with professionalism. Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing details. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and address any operational challenges. Uphold high standards of hospitality by ensuring the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist in developing front office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing a team. Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservations systems and guest services protocols.
