Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support dental receptionist duties if needed
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Provide customer support and address inquiries professionally
- Assist with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks

Skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling calls effectively
- Ability to proofread documents accurately
- Experience in clerical tasks and file management
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficient typing skills for data entry and document preparation
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Customer service-oriented approach to handle inquiries professionally
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks for accounting support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:

English (preferred)
Work Location: In person
