Civeo Services is currently looking to fill a position for a Front Office Administrator (FOA) at our Oilsands lodges. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support with a particular focus on reservations and customer service. The FOA will work as a member of the Front Office Team to achieve overall performance goals identify opportunities and maintain an efficient, effective work environment. Reporting to the designated supervisor, the successful candidate will work 20 days on and 10 days off rotation,10-hour shifts which may include days, nights, weekend shifts and statutory holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Providing administrative support to the Front Office Supervisor
xc2xb7 Data Entry
xc2xb7 Guest Services (handling reservation and guest inquiries both in person and over the telephone)
xc2xb7 Provide exceptional customer service
xc2xb7 Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Ability to meet deadlines (email, telephone inquiries, guest inquiries)
xc2xb7 Computer literate with Microsoft Office programs, and Hotel reservation systems
xc2xb7 Must be willing to work shift work
xc2xb7 Previous hotel experience working in a front desk capacity is an asset
xc2xb7 Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
xc2xb7 Ability to work independently with little supervision
xc2xb7 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
xc2xb7 Possess a positive, friendly and professional attitude
xc2xb7 Ability to work well with peers in a group environment
xc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
xc2xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
xc2xb7 Ability to work in rotational shifts in a remote environment
xc2xb7 Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
xc2xb7 Overtime as required
