We are seeking energetic candidates who are passionate and experienced in creating and fostering a customer first environment with attention to convenience and ease of use for our customers. Below are key tasks and responsibilities for Front of House staff. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Greets customers as they enter the store and is cheerful and helpful while interacting with customers \xe2\x97\x8f Communicates clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure the correct order is served to customers \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately \xe2\x97\x8f Uses Point of Sale system to process sales/orders timely and accurately
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and assemble orders for in-store and delivery app customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepares food neatly, follows recipes accurately and in a timely manner
\xe2\x97\x8f Checks best before/expiry dates on products/ingredients and restocks items to maintain a sufficient supply during the shift following \xe2\x80\x9cfirst in, first out\xe2\x80\x9d product rotation
\xe2\x97\x8f Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
\xe2\x97\x8f Cleans and maintains all areas of the work area to promote a clean image throughout the shift
\xe2\x97\x8f Uses and completes Daily and Weekly checklists
\xe2\x97\x8f Understands and adheres to all quality standards and procedures
\xe2\x97\x8f Performs light paperwork duties as assigned
\xe2\x97\x8f Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by management Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Brings a cheerful and helpful attitude to work
