Prohibition Social House is looking for talented individuals to join our front-of-house management team. As a part of the front of house team, you will play an integral role in providing top-notch service and upholding our restaurant standards of excellence.
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
If you have a passion for food, people and are willing to grow within the company, you could be a perfect fit! As a manager, you will play an integral role in the running of the restaurant's daily operations, HR, scheduling, and more.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years restaurant or nightlife management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Proven leadership skills and positive attitude
- Strong sense of teamwork and a passion for food, beverage and guest experience
- POS experience
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable is an asset
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Experience in numbers management
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Front of House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maintaining high restaurant standards
- Organize shift scheduling and supervise employees
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Recruit employees and oversee staff training
- Maintain a high level of guest dining experience
- Help to maintain budget numbers on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
