Responsibilities include:Overseeing all aspects of daily operation management
Managing staff, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
Quality control, inventory management, ordering supplies and building relationship with suppliers.
Financial management (Driving revenue, forecasting labour/inventory)
Implementation staff incentives and standards
. Customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. resolving customer complaints and building positive relationshipsAccomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by, recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching and counselling
These tasks must be preformed and met by Boston Pizza standards of quality & control

. 60-80K depending on experience. Includes a bonus structure which is paid out semi annually
