Position Summary
The Front of House Manager role involves overseeing breakfast and lunch service, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, scheduling, ordering, and financial balancing for the front-of-house (FOH). The position also requires supervising service staff, assisting with reservations and customer inquiries, and coordinating with the owner on operational issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee breakfast and lunch service, ensuring food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure proper storage of food and supplies while monitoring inventory and managing shortages.
Train and mentor new staff, franchisees, and corporate employees to uphold company standards.
Supervise FOH staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage FOH operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling, and balancing accounts.
Assist hosts with reservations and customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
Communicate with the owner regarding operational issues, stock shortages, scheduling, and other concerns.
Organize and lead bi-monthly staff and manager meetings to discuss performance, updates, and improvements.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, requiring early morning availability as our restaurant focuses on breakfast service.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
