As a Front of House Manager, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our establishment, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. What you'll do
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
Train, develop, and mentor staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a culture of excellence.
Oversee inventory control and cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food production and ensure timely service delivery.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback while encouraging team engagement.
Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on front-of-house operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and inventory management practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in training & development, including interviewing potential candidates for front-of-house roles.
Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
