Turtle Jacks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to help lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of leadership, culinary knowledge, and hospitality expertise to ensure smooth front-of-house operations in our restaurant. You will report to the General Manager.
Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
Manage staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and customer service skills.
Supervise and coordinate activities of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
Implement inventory control measures to manage supplies effectively and minimize waste.
Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and POS system operations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling practices.
Assist in menu planning and food production for special events or catering services.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant management required (2 years minimum)
Full availability
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and fine dining standards is preferred.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a restaurant setting.
Experience in supervising staff, training & development, and shift management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
