Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role is crucial for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring that all front-of-house activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities



Supervise and train front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. Manage daily operations, including scheduling shifts, handling cash transactions, and overseeing inventory control. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food preparation and service during peak hours. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize restaurant profitability. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new staff members. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest experiences. Implement training & development programs for staff to improve performance and service quality. Oversee banquet services and catering events as needed, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Experience


Candidates should have prior experience in the food industry, specifically within quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining establishments. A background in hospitality management is preferred, along with skills in team management, shift management, and kitchen experience. Familiarity with culinary practices, food production, food handling, and barista or coffee experience is advantageous. Leadership qualities are essential for this role, along with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Pay: $42,195.39-$61,833.41 per year
