Front of House Manager

who can lead the charge in keeping service smooth, the energy high, and every guest -- from casual diners to VR adventurers -- smiling from hello to goodnight.

This isn't your average restaurant role. You'll manage everything from dinner service and drink specials to VR parties, private karaoke nights, and live events -- all while keeping the team organized, upbeat, and guest-focused.

What You'll Do

Lead by example and keep the floor, bar, and VR running like clockwork. Create unforgettable experiences for diners, gamers, and party guests alike. Support servers, bartenders, and support staff with training, teamwork, and clear communication. Handle guest feedback, resolve issues on the spot, and keep the vibe fun and professional. Manage daily cash-outs, shift reports, and communication with the kitchen and Owners. Assist with event organization, and private bookings. Ensure FOH and VR spaces are clean, organized, and ready to impress.

What You Bring

2+ years of FOH or service management experience (restaurant, bar, and/or entertainment). A love for hospitality -- and a curiosity for tech and VR experiences. Strong leadership and multitasking skills -- you thrive in organized chaos. Calm under pressure, quick problem solver, and strong communicator. ProServe certified.

Pay: $38,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
