Manage POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems with accuracy and integrity
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to foster a motivated work environment
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong front-of-house team
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area in compliance with health regulations
Support restaurant management in daily tasks including cash handling, inventory control, and scheduling
Requirements
