Front of House Manager

to help us create unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

The Role

You'll be the leader of the tasting room crew, making sure our customers get killer service while our staff gets the support and training they need to crush it. This role is perfect for someone who loves craft beer, knows how to lead a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What You'll Do

Create an awesome customer experience every single day. Lead, schedule, and train a tasting room team that loves what they do. Keep things running smoothly--clean, organized, and stocked. Manage inventory (beer, merch, snacks--you name it). Stay on top of new beer releases and keep the crew excited and informed. Run events, private parties, and promotions that get people talking. Handle the not-so-sexy stuff (cash handling, reports, compliance) with ease. Jump in wherever needed--you're not above rolling up your sleeves.

What We're Looking For

Experience running a bar, restaurant, or tasting room (bonus points if it's craft beer). Strong leadership and people skills--you know how to inspire and motivate. A love for craft beer and the people who drink it. Someone who thrives in organized chaos and keeps cool under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have serving certifications.
