Key Requirements:



1+ years of experience in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant or bar environment Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team Energetic, positive, and passionate about hospitality Strong communication and patience under pressure Commitment to continuous improvement and development Dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive, and diverse workplace Enthusiastic about food, drink, and hospitality Reliable, professional, and accountable Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings Driven to grow and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:



Working alongside the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Role-modeling warm, attentive hospitality for guests and team members Actively connecting with guests to ensure consistent satisfaction and memorable experiences Leading and implementing initiatives to grow sales and profitability Supporting the hiring process: interviewing, onboarding, and training across multiple roles Mentoring and developing Supervisors to build future leadership talent Overseeing all front-of-house areas to ensure daily operational success Support your team by running food, clearing tables, and maintaining smooth service flow Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves satisfied Uphold Moxies' service standards and role-model positive, team-focused behaviours
