Job Title: Backstage/Front of House Assistant

Department: Music

Wage: $16.00 per hour

Hours of Work: Casual, as required

Start Date: September 3, 2025

Number of Positions Available: Multiple

Length of Appointment: August 31, 2026

Date Issued: August 15, 2025

Duties:

- Recital staging and set up including lighting, recording, and live sound

- Stage changes (including lights) during recital

- Troubleshooting during the concert

- Assist with front of house duties, as assigned.

- Other related duties as assigned.

- Piano moving as required

Qualifications/Experience:

- School of Music Student

- Previous experience is an asset

- Some lifting and moving of equipment is required.

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working independently

- Must be professionally attired (black clothing)

- Consistently available
