We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front Line Manager to lead our retail team and ensure exceptional customer service and store operations. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee daily sales floor activities, coach and motivate team members, and drive performance to achieve both sales and operational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor front-line employees to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.
Oversee daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure optimal stock and effective product presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Support employee scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Establish and communicate clear employee expectations for daily tasks and responsibilities.
Support employees in developing and maintaining strong operational habits aligned with company policies and objectives.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to train staff and reinforce adherence to operational procedures.
Help establish and monitor performance metrics to meet operational and profitability goals.
Work diplomatically with staff and clients to maintain a positive, professional, and productive environment.
Partner with senior management to continuously improve efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
2+ years of retail or customer service experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of CRM and POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting.
Strong understanding of HR principles, Employment Standards, and the ability to approach challenges with Diplomacy and Tact.
