Job Description

The Old Farm Market is growing and we need a Front End Supervisor! This is an exciting opportunity to gain employment with a new business that is growing rapidly!

Please note: Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on the Front End in a retail environment. Applicants not meeting this criteria will not be considered or contacted.

The Front End Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Front End in the absence of The Front End Manager. They are also responsible for organizing the staff in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that there is proper coverage on tills and monitoring line-ups. They also help delegate other tasks to workers during slow times.

The Front End Supervisor has excellent leadership abilities and above-average communication skills, working closely with staff to train and build up employees, providing constant feedback and opportunities to improve.

In addition to being a leader on the floor, the supervisor is also responsible for handling and counting cash in the cash office for opening shifts, when required.
