Front Desk/estimator
Job Description
Established and busy autobody shop located in North Delta looking to hire a full-time customer service rep and estimator.
Looking for someone reliable, adaptable and professional.
Experience in the automotive industry is an asset. Training can be provided.
Job duties include:
- greeting customers
- answering telephone and emails
- invoicing and accepting payment
- downloading claims and scheduling
- submitting documents and invoices to insurance companies
- taking pictures and uploading for documentation
- assisting in and/or completing vehicle damage estimates (training available)
Requirements:
- computer, email and telephone skills
- English speaking (Punjabi and other languages are an asset)
- Class 5 driver's license
- criminal record check to be completed
- experience in automotive industry preferred
