The Rodd Grand Yarmouth Hotel is seeking an experienced customer service oriented person to fill the role of Front Desk Supervisor
The candidate we are seeking to fill this hands-on supervisory position will have strong human resource skills and be able assist the Front Desk Manager in leading, coaching, training and motivating their team to a high level of guest service.
He/she will be a team player and have a background in hotel front desk operations, an aptitude for sales; excellent communication skills, a good understanding of revenue management as well as basic accounting principles; be detail oriented; and possess good computer skills.
