As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the vibrant face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining guest relations, overseeing hotel management tasks, and ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
What you'll do
Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide top-notch hospitality and customer service.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude, enhancing guest satisfaction.
Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
Maintain multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on hotel management practices and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Preferred qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse guests.
Previous experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting.
