Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong background in hospitality. This role is crucial in ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their stay. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing front desk staff, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction. Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests. Oversee the operation of multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt responses to calls. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Implement policies and procedures for front desk operations to enhance guest experiences. Monitor front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role at a front desk in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact positively with guests and staff. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Pay: From $23.00 per hour
