Responsibilities

's Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage guest relations, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, train and support front desk staff, maintain accurate records of guest stays, and uphold hotel standards to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Leadership experience in supervising front desk staff. Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle night audits and resolve guest issues efficiently. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous.
