to oversee evening operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. The PM Supervisor is responsible for supporting front desk staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, and ensuring hotel procedures are followed during evening and closing hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support front desk and evening staff to deliver exceptional guest service
Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Oversee daily PM operations including check-ins, room assignments, and shift handovers
Ensure accuracy of night paperwork, reports, and cash handling procedures
Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness throughout hotel public areas
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest needs and room status
Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold company service standards
Handle emergency situations and escalate issues as needed
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staff performance feedback
Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for guests and team members
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Excellent customer service and team-management abilities
Proficient with hotel management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

, including weekends and occasional flexibility based on operational needs.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
