Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and friendly
Front Desk & Sales Representative
to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, while also driving sales of our vacant offices, desks, and meeting rooms. This role is a combination of hospitality, administration, and sales -- perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while being results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Operations
Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Attend to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
Ensure the kitchen and common areas are fully stocked (coffee, water, supplies).
Keep the coffee machine and accessories ready for use at all times.
Program and manage fob access for members.
Oversee bookings and schedules for meeting rooms.
Coordinate maintenance and fixes, ensuring issues in the space are promptly resolved.
Sales & Promotion
Promote available offices, desks, and meeting rooms across various platforms.
Conduct tours and viewings of available spaces.
Respond to inquiries from prospective members with professionalism and accuracy.
Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to closing agreements.
Stay up to date with innovative ways to promote and market Thrive's offerings.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in front desk, office administration, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Professional presence and a customer-focused mindset.
Proven sales experience, ideally in a commission-based role.
Familiarity with marketing and social media promotion is an asset.
Results-oriented, motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
