Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service through phone and email by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Prepare customer quotes with precise pricing. Schedule deliveries or pickups, ensuring smooth and timely logistics. Coordinate with drivers and customers on delivery instructions and ETAs. Handle general office tasks like filing, scanning, order processing, and invoicing. Maintain an organized and tidy workspace. Participate in exciting industry events like trade shows.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation is a must

(no nearby bus routes).

Previous experience in Sales & Office settings is preferred, with bonus points for turf or landscaping backgrounds. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Solid mathematical skills. Keen attention to detail.
