We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional
Front Desk Representative
to be the welcoming face of our gym. In this role, you'll help ensure our members, students, and visitors have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll provide administrative support, communicate with clients, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Workload: Weekdays plus Saturday mornings; 20 - 30 hpw with potential of future fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
Greet clients, parents, and students warmly and professionally.
Answer phones courteously, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns, both in person and via email.
Communicate gym programs, schedules, and promotions to clients.
Administrative Support
Understand and uphold Kelowna Gymnastix policies and procedures.
Process payments using the credit/debit terminal.
Develop proficiency with JackRabbit, our online class management system.
Coordinate substitute coaches when required.
Liaise with administrative staff at all locations as necessary.
Operations & Maintenance
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Perform light daily cleaning to ensure a tidy, welcoming environment.
Support general front desk operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Grade 12 graduation (minimum).
Customer service experience.
Office administration training.
Minimum of two years of recent, relevant secretarial or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of computer proficiency, including
Microsoft Office Suite
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the JackRabbit online class management database.
Proficiency with database management and analysis.
Applied Business Technology Certificate
or equivalent training.
