We are seeking someone who always wears a smile, loves helping others, and brings positive energy into every room? We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual to join our clinic in a dual role as a Front Desk Receptionist and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

In this dual position, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and also support physical therapy services when needed. If you're passionate about patient care, highly adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly impression. Manage patient check-in/check-out processes and scheduling of appointments. Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route messages appropriately. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation. Ensure front office areas are clean, orderly, and welcoming at all times. Support administrative tasks to enhance patient flow and clinic efficiency. Assist the physical therapist during sessions when the front desk is not busy.

Qualifications

Female applicants preferred (for clinic and patient-specific considerations). Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred Prior experience working in a medical, physical therapy, or outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with physical therapy practices, including therapeutic modalities and basic anatomy. Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care protocols. Experience working wiht geriatrics or pediatrics is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic systems. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
