As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine as you assist with various clerical tasks and maintain an efficient office environment.

What you'll do



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly demeanor Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and calendar management Provide administrative support including proofreading documents and managing correspondence Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Assist with customer support inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for team members Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the visitor experience

Basic qualifications



Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Preferred qualifications



Experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in an Automotive Dealership Setting. Bilingual abilities to assist diverse clientele Familiarity with office management practices and clerical duties Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles
