We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including maintaining client records and appointment schedules.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and managing accounts using QuickBooks.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations, especially in a medical or dental office setting.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and data management tasks.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; experience in customer support is beneficial.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
