Front Desk Receptionist - Property Management Office



Job Overview



Richmond Property Management is seeking a

professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist

to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for tenants, property owners, and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced

property management

environment.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome and assist tenants, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage a

phone system

, directing calls and responding to inquiries efficiently. Handle general

administrative and clerical tasks

, including filing, data entry, and document organization. Assist with

tenant communications

, maintenance requests, and appointment scheduling.

Manage and organize property keys

, including maintaining the key room, labeling and sorting keys, logging check-outs and returns, and providing keys to vendors and maintenance staff as authorized. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure an organized front office. Support property management staff with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Uphold company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience



Previous experience as a

Front Desk Receptionist

,

Administrative Assistant

, or in a similar office role.

Experience in property management or real estate is required.

Strong

customer service

and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Excellent

organizational skills

, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
