Outshine Salon & Spa Outshine Salon is one of the largest beauty centres in Victoria, with a solid reputation for providing excellent service to our clients. Founded by a mother and daughter duo in 2005, we offer a full range of hair and esthetic services. We strive to deliver an excellent experience to every guest.

This position performs front desk guest service duties, and is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering guests additional service opportunities, as well as assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs, while following all company policies and procedures.

Job Specifications

- Dress Code: the ability to maintain and present a fashionable, professional image following our brand code requirements of dress, hair, make up, etc.

- Continued Education: learning new products, services and creating scripts to professionally offer these items, as well as customer service workshops.

- The ability to work independently, as well as work as a team.

- The ability being self-motivated and find productive activities during slower periods of business.

- The ability to build and maintain positive, healthy interpersonal relationships with other team members.

In addition to hourly wage, the hired candidate will have the opportunity to earn commission as well as bonuses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
