Heinrichs Richards LLP is currently looking to hire a receptionist for our busy downtown Vancouver office!

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to multitask in a very busy firm. At least 2 years experience as a receptionist is required.

This important position is the entry to our practice: the receptionist is constantly involved in the promotion of our business and service of our clients. The role is focused on managing our busy reception position, as well as help with other administrative tasks as needed by lawyers and the administrative team. These tasks include but are not limited to:

Managing a multi-line telephone Scheduling appointments Opening new files Assisting with basic accounting duties including data entry and credit card payments Office organization and supply orders Providing assistance to lawyers and staff when needed

Positive, warm, professional demeanor Accurate and attentive to detail Organized Computer skills, including fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Courteous and friendly interpersonal skills and telephone manner Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and accept feedback positively Law office or reception experience would be a definite asset
This position is full-time from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Wages are negotiable based on prior work experience.

Extended health benefits will be provided after a probationary period.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
