Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office technology, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with medical or dental offices, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Oryx software or similar tools experience not required. Perform data entry tasks accurately into various software platforms, including Google Sheets Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing paperwork back to respective patient charts. Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial record keeping as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment Support office staff with clerical tasks including typing, organizing files, and managing correspondence Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times Provide support for medical or dental office operations if applicable

Qualifications



Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Knowledge of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Strong typing skills with high accuracy rate Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required Speak a different language is an advantage!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
