We are seeking a dynamic and friendly

Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities



Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted promptly Manage a multi-line phone system with courtesy and efficiency, directing calls appropriately Receive, sort, and distribute incoming emails and correspondence to the proper staff or departments Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents, records, and other office correspondence Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with data entry and proofreading to ensure information accuracy Support office tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Handle clerical duties including typing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and managing office supplies Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering assistance in person, by phone, or through email Utilize strong computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to complete daily tasks efficiently Uphold professional phone and front-desk etiquette while managing a busy reception area Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Experience & Qualifications



Previous office or administrative support experience demonstrating strong organizational abilities Proven clerical experience, including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document handling Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs Knowledge of medical or dental office reception duties is a plus but not required; experience as a personal assistant is also valuable Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
