We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Experience in medical or dental offices, along with familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Workspace, is highly desirable. Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations using office management software
Perform data entry tasks accurately into systems such as QuickBooks and other databases
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Assist with administrative duties including copying, scanning, and proofreading documents
Support bookkeeping activities related to billing and invoicing when necessary
Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Provide support for office operations, including managing correspondence and supporting team members as needed
Qualifications
Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing, and general office procedures
Prior experience in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is preferred
