Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette.
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available for clients and staff.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience with multi-line phone systems is highly desirable.
Attention to detail for accurate typing, filing, and proofreading of documents.
Must have knowledge about automotive industry.
