Job Summary:

As the first person our clients meet, the Front Desk Associate is essential in setting the tone for the Revive experience. This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and sales to ensure a seamless, uplifting visit for every client. Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service



Greet each client with a warm welcome and assist with check-in/check-out. Handle inquiries via phone, providing information on services, pricing, and scheduling. Educate clients on contrast therapy and other wellness services like physiotherapy, kinesiology, and chiropractic care. Coffee and nutrition bar duties for our coffee shop with bean to cup machine

Sales and Promotions



Promote memberships, credit packages, and retail products with enthusiasm. Stay informed on current promotions and services to share knowledgeably with clients. Follow up with clients on appointments, encouraging repeat visits.

Cleaning and Maintenance



Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting. Regularly clean therapy rooms, equipment, and common areas, upholding hygiene standards. Test chemical levels and maintain the cleanliness of cold plunge tubs on schedule. Ensure the sauna is refreshed after each session and assist with inventory restocking.

Administrative Duties



Schedule appointments and manage our booking system smoothly. Process payments accurately and keep transaction records up-to-date. Handle billing for healthcare providers and insurance for our practitioners. Support with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Experience We're Looking For:



Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles is a plus. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. A genuine passion for health and wellness. Comfort and proficiency in using computers and booking software.
