Position Overview
We're seeking a
Front Desk Coordinator
who is
self-motivated

quick learner

proficient in social media
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on multitasking, and takes pride in efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage bookings, schedule changes, and waitlists
Process payments and handle direct billing
Support therapists with administrative needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
Communicate clearly with patients in-person, by phone, and email
Assist with social media updates, promotions, and online engagement
What We're Looking For
Quick learner
who adapts easily to clinic systems and procedures
Self-motivated
and able to take initiative
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Experience in a clinic or customer service setting is an asset
Available on Friday(10-2PM) and Saturday 10-2PM
