Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, managing phone calls, emails, and communications, direct billing, and collecting payment. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and outgoing individual to join our team.
Shifts requirements are:
- Spa hours: 8 am - 8 pm
- Training: Training is during daytime hours with a mixture of evenings
- Hiring for: Afternoon/evening shift
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- *Must have used Jane Clinic Management software.
- *Must have done Direct billing insurance companies such as Alberta Blue Cross, Telus Health, Medavie Blue Cross and other insurance companies with precision and attention to detail.
- *Applicants who have not used Jane or with direct billing experience will not be considered for the position.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist (at least 1 year)
- Ability to multi-task and manage submitting multiple insurance claims with accuracy and precision.
- Must be confident, friendly, and able to speak with clients in a kind and professional manner.
